No, you don’t get to wear black from head to toe and walk around looking important with a headset, but you do get to be part of the sometimes invisible team of people who support our Boosties in store. We’ve got all sorts of departments located in our Support Centre in Melbourne, and regionally around Australia.
We have several areas behind the scenes including:
Legal
Also known as “Ass-Coverers”, these fabulous people protect our brand from all of the copy cats out there, and help us out by making sure we do everything by the law.
Finance
We love finance – not just because they are the ones that pay us, but because they can count. Past the number 5. These people somehow make money out of juice then convert it back into money without getting smoothie on their shirt.
Marketing
Probably the most crazy suckers in the whole office – they brainstorm new products and promotions, design pretty pictures, and prance around the office until about 2pm when they need a one hour nap, where just like in kinder they roll out their own beds from underneath their desks.
Design & Development
Despite the amount of screaming and moaning that can be heard from this department – D&D gets a lot done in a day - this includes designing the layout of our sexy stores, overseeing maintenance, and project managing.
Human Resources
This team is responsible for recruiting all of the great people that we’ve got, as well as making sure the office Friday night drinks happens. If they forget, then people get irate, which leads to general low morale in the office, which is then HR’s fault.
Purchasing
It may sound like the people in this department get blisters on their feet because they “purchase” things all day, but in truth, it’s a lot more un-glamorous, they’re responsible for making sure we’ve got the freshest and best ingredients in our stores, and that we never run out of napkins.
Information Technology
Don’t be fooled by their four eyes and talk of Star Trek - without our IT team, there would be no fancy cash registers, and no warp drive. We constantly haggle the help desk people with trivial computer questions. They usually have to come in extra early to help us turn on our computer monitors. Why, they even helped us type this sentence.
Training
Nope, it doesn’t mean they support the local government by catching lots of public transport, namely trains. These fellows train up all of our Boosties at Smoothie School, teaching them the intricate way on how to scoop frozen yoghurt, and chop up pineapples without getting a rash.
Operations
These guys frantically run around discreetly from store to store in fancy looking black cars, kind of like the FBI, but without the badge. But they do get a standard issue baton/spanking paddle to use on Boosties that have been naughty. They make sure we’re all doing the same thing, so the banana buzz you brought from our store up north in sunny Cairns tastes the same as the one from Subiaco in Western Australia.
Franchising
The franchising team are like door bitches at an exclusive nightclub (Boost being an exclusive nightclub) making sure we only let in the BEST people to own and operate our stores. Don’t even think about trying to get in if you’re not wearing the appropriate footwear or collared shirt.

Receptionist/Customer Relations Coordinator

We have an opening at Boost Juice for an outgoing, friendly and highly proficient Receptionist/Customer Relations Coordinator who is willing to go beyond duties allocated to front of House Reception.
The Reception/Customer Relations Coordinator is the first point of contact for all visitors to Boost Support Centre and to enquiries via telephone. This role also provides key support and administrative assistance to various departments in support office.
You will be required to provide high level administrative and systems support. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• ongoing customer relations, telephone and email feedback
• reconciliation of credit cards and expenses,
• distributing company information to stores in a timely manner,
• issuing corporate gift vouchers
• filtering sponsorship applications
• general office duties including photocopying and filing
• orders, receives and maintains office supplies
• obtaining quotes on a range of office items and stock
To embrace and succeed in this challenging but highly rewarding position you must have:
• An outgoing, bubbly personality first and foremost! (you are the first smile the Support team sees every morning!
• Excellent phone and communication manner
• Exceptional presentation skills (you will be the face of Boost for all visitors to Support Centre!)
• Strong written skills with sound experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Strong administration and organisational skills

Store Marketing Manager
Boost Juice Bars is currently looking for a Store Marketing Manager to join its team of go-getters. This is a permanent full-time role based at Support Centre, Glen Iris, VIC.
Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, this role presents opportunities to have a major impact on the marketing strategy of Australia’s favourite juice bar company. This critical role involves strategic planning and implementation of local and national marketing initiatives as well as well as involvement in brand management for the new Salsas brand (part of the Boost Investment Group).
Experience required:
- Good understanding of what drives sales in-store
- Retail marketing experience
- Having worked in retail would be an advantage
- Ideally someone who is currently working in a local marketing role in a retailer, or - A marketing manager for a smaller retail organisation
What you need to be successful in our eyes?
- Proactive, self-starter
- Communication – able to create relationships
- Presentation skills – able to present to franchisees
- Strategic, able to tailor local marketing to areas/stores
This role will suit an individual who has the passion and drive to work in a fast growing and successful company and who has a genuine interest in further developing their already sound marketing skills, knowledge and attributes.

Sourcing and Product Manager
An exciting opportunity is available for someone with natural spark, enthusiasm and drive to join the Purchasing team.
You responsibilities will include:
